I'm thinking about installing a mini split system in my three-bedroom, two-bath mobile home, which is just under 1500 square feet. I'm mainly worried about whether it will effectively heat and cool the entire house. Will there be any temperature differences in the bedrooms if I don't install a unit in each room?

What size is your home? Since it’s almost 1500 square feet, it should be possible for a well-sized mini split to do the job. Just make sure it’s adequately installed, and you might want to think about airflow to minimize any hot or cold spots.
Definitely check the sizing with a Manual J calculation to see if it matches your needs. It’s a good way to make sure your system can handle the load! Also, keep in mind that you might experience some temperature variations without a head unit in each bedroom.
Also, don’t forget about how well your home is insulated! Poor insulation can lead to uneven temperatures, so make sure that’s factored into your decision.
