Will my cut-down juniper grow back?

Hey everyone, I need some advice! The city just cut down my juniper that I've had in my yard for the last four years. They cut it right at the base, and it's now just lying on my front yard. It was really healthy and had been showing new growth. Is there any chance that it will grow back, or is it totally dead now?

I wouldn't lose hope just yet! If the roots are still intact, there's a good chance your juniper could make a comeback. Just be patient, as it may take a while, but keep an eye on it!

Your juniper might still have a chance! I've seen tree stumps start to sprout new growth after being cut down. As long as the roots are healthy and well-developed, it could potentially bounce back, although it might take some time to regain its former size.
