Hey everyone! I'm eyeing a new sofa and I need some advice on whether it will fit through my door. Here are the measurements: the sofa is 91 inches wide, 42 inches deep, and 31.5 inches high. The door's dimensions are 80 inches high and 36 inches wide. I'm thinking that if I turn the sofa, it should fit since its height is less than the door width. Am I missing anything? Yeah, I think you should be good to go! As long as you have a clear path with no tight corners or obstacles, turning it should allow it to fit through just fine.
Just make sure you have a straight shot through the door! If there are any turns or narrow spaces right after the door, that could complicate things.
