Will My Veggie Garden Be Safe After Dad Used Spectracide Nearby?

So, I recently started my first organic veggie garden at home, and today I found out that my dad sprayed Spectracide less than 2 feet away from it. I'm really worried about whether my veggies are now unsafe to eat. Does anyone know if I'm totally out of luck, or if I can still salvage my garden?

You're likely okay! The pre-harvest interval for Spectracide is just one day. So, if you have any ready-to-harvest lettuce today, you can pick it tomorrow. If you're still concerned, you could wait a few days, especially if it rains or you water the plants. Just to clarify, he didn’t spray directly on your plants, right? That would really make a difference.

No, he didn’t spray on them directly. But I’m worried about the mist that might have carried. Since it's important for me that my veggies are organic, do you think any residues might taint that?
