What type of artificial turf is best for a home golf hitting strip?

Hey everyone! I'm working on setting up a golf practice net in my patio garden and I just got a 1x1 ft golf hitting strip that's about 2.5 inches tall. I'm planning to buy some artificial turf that's 4x4 ft, which I'll cut to fit the hitting strip. My goal is to create a solid golf mat that I can attach using glue or any method that works well, since I need to be able to pick it up after use about a few times a week. The challenge is finding turf that won't squish down too much underfoot, remains non-slip, and is strong enough for my needs. Plus, it should be manageable to roll up for storage. I've found a few options (listed below) but I'm not sure which one would be the best fit. If anyone has recommendations or experiences with these types of products, I'd really appreciate it!

Hey! I think you might want to reconsider using artificial grass designed for sports. Most of these are made to be filled with sand or rubber, which makes them quite static. If you need something portable, consider a dedicated golf range mat or a teeing mat. They’re built specifically for hitting and can be more convenient for your setup!
