I'm new to electronics and I'm experimenting with 555 timers as a learning activity. I'm curious if it's realistic for me to recreate the sound in this video: https://youtu.be/oRG-outTJCk?si=_kiRgTazXZrNvM1A. Can anyone share insights on what I might need to consider?

When I first got into 555 timers, I used one to make an LED blinker that distracted my class! Those things are solid. You could use three 555 timers to create different tones and control the duration for which they play. Check this guide for inspiration: https://www.electronicshub.org/police-siren-circuit-using-ne555-timer/.
I think you can pull it off! The sound doesn't seem like a simple square wave, so you'd likely need a filter to shape it. Plus, having a reliable way to adjust the frequency would be key.
