What are the best strawberry varieties to grow in a raised bed?

I'm excited to fill my new raised bed with strawberries, but with so many varieties out there, I'm having a tough time choosing! I'm in zone 7b and I'm particularly interested in small, sweet berries. I don't care much about looks—just want a tasty summer snack! Ideally, I'm leaning towards everbearing varieties over June bearing. What strawberries have you all grown? Which ones did you find the sweetest or tastiest? Are there any varieties I should steer clear of? Thanks for your help!

I grabbed some discounted Berry Basket plants at the end of season, and they’ve been amazing for three years! They’re everbearing, produce 1.5-inch fruits, and the plants multiply like crazy. I started with three and now have 18, plus I've gifted some! The pink flowers are a nice bonus too. Since I'm in a similar zone, I can say they survive the cold really well. They won’t produce in winter, but those blooms cheer you up during the colder months. Definitely worth planting!

Alpine strawberries are a fantastic choice! They’re tiny and super sweet, plus they have a unique floral flavor—especially the white ones. If you have space, I’d suggest adding those alongside the regular red types. They’re different but totally delicious!
