Hey there! So, I recently moved into a new house and found a wheelie bin filled with what seems to be a really bad attempt at composting by the previous owners. It's too heavy for me to even move, and honestly, I'm not keen on spreading this disgusting mess around my garden because it might have things like old food and dog waste in it, which could attract rodents. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this situation without making it worse?
