Gift Ideas for My Husband’s Woodworking Hobby

Hey everyone! I'm looking for some gift suggestions for my husband's upcoming birthday. He's recently taken an interest in woodworking, but since I'm pretty clueless about it, I want to keep my gift under $100. I know he has a basic Dremel with some essential bits, and his carving knives could definitely use some upgrading. Any thoughts on what I could get him to kickstart his woodworking journey? I'd really appreciate any advice!

With your budget, you might also consider a nice leather workshop apron. They’re super handy for keeping sawdust off and make it easy to carry around tools like pencils and measuring tools. I got one from my wife years ago and it’s still my favorite gift because it showed she thought about me and my hobby!

A subscription to a woodworking magazine like Wood Magazine or Fine Woodworking could be an awesome gift, especially the digital version. It not only provides tons of tips and techniques but also keeps him inspired! Just a heads up, though—it's best not to buy tools unless he’s asked for them since tastes can vary widely in woodworking. If all else fails, maybe gift cards so he can choose what he likes?
