Dealing with Old Tools: Found a Coping Saw, Now What?

Hey everyone! I'm currently cleaning out my Great Grandpa's workshop, which has been passed down to my Dad and now to me. While going through the old drawers in the workbench, I stumbled upon a part of a coping saw, but unfortunately, I couldn't find the rest of it. I'm primarily into woodturning, so I don't really have a use for a coping saw. I thought it might be a good opportunity for a joke, but I also have a bunch of tools and hardware whose purposes I'm completely clueless about. Once I finish dusting things off and organizing, I'd love to ask for help in identifying these unknown items. Any advice or thoughts?

You know, it's natural for your mind to splinter a bit when faced with old tools! Just take it one piece at a time.

What about making a quirky sign like 'Working on my coping mechanism'? You could even use the saw part as a decoration underneath!
