Has anyone else been frustrated with Milwaukee's warranty service? I've had multiple problems lately. For instance, my M18 drill's chuck won't hold bits properly, and when I returned it, they claimed there was no defect in materials, so it wasn't covered. I've also dealt with a demo screwdriver that got denied because they noted hammer strikes on the striking plate, even though it's meant for that purpose! And then there's my Packout deep parts organizer, which I dropped (it was empty) and they said the lids aren't defective despite it being marketed as impact resistant. I've tried three times to get warranty replacements and every time, the Ohio folks have denied my claims. Meanwhile, companies like Gearwrench and Hart have made their warranty processes a breeze. It's just baffling to figure out Milwaukee's reasoning here.

Absolutely! Their warranty process seems like it's in shambles. I had to send back my 12-inch ratchet and it was a hassle to get it replaced. It's pretty sad because they used to be known for good customer service, but now it feels like they don’t care.
Yeah, I feel you on this! Milwaukee's warranty service has really gone downhill recently. I had my M12 6.0 batteries replaced multiple times and it used to be so easy to get it done. Now it feels like they make you jump through hoops just to acknowledge a defect, like it's a huge favor to us. It's super frustrating!
