Hey everyone! We're selling our house and planning to install Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring before listing it. Currently, we have stained concrete flooring, and the baseboards are installed about 1/2 inch off the ground to prepare for future flooring installs. However, I noticed that in some spots, the test piece of LVP doesn't fit right. Instead of removing the baseboards, I'm considering using an undercut saw to trim the bottom of the baseboards for more clearance. Is this a good idea, or should I just uninstall the baseboards and put them back on top of the new flooring? Here's a video that inspired me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=htYSZE6_H08
