I recently had a virtual appointment with Sherwin Williams and they suggested trying out Pearly White for my kitchen. I'm planning to get a sample, but I'm also wondering what their best paint option is. They recommended the Emerald line, but it's pretty pricey at $90 a gallon, especially since I need to cover 500 sq ft. Is there a more affordable Sherwin Williams paint available at Lowe's that would work well for my kitchen?

I’ve worked with both Duration and Emerald, and I was really happy with both, especially Duration for walls. For cabinets, Emerald urethane trim enamel works wonders! Even though Emerald is pricier, it gives fantastic coverage. Just remember, you get what you pay for in durability!
You might want to hold off on buying right now—Sherwin Williams runs sales pretty often, like 40% off certain paint lines or buy one gallon and get one free. That's a much better deal!
